Will Smith is Dr. Bennet Omalu, a pathologist working in a Pittsburgh hospital. When an NFL Hall of Famer shows up dead, Omalu notices something strange about the way he died. After asking for samples of his brain, Omalu discovers something he names CTE (Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy).
