Option 1: Upload Your Print Job (Recommended)
Uploading your file allows you to configure your print job settings, such as number of copies, right when you submit your file. It’s also the only way to submit a print job and then use your print allowance to pay for it when you arrive at the Library.
Uploading Tips:
- Max File Size: 100 MB
- You must enter either:
- Your Library card number: This is required if you’d like to use your print allowance for this document. A unique, memorable guest name: If you do not have a Library card, or do not wish to use your daily print allowance for this document.
- A unique, memorable guest name: If you do not have a Library card, or do not wish to use your daily print allowance for this document.
- We recommend entering: an optional email and/or a phone number to receive confirmation of your upload.
- You'll use your Library card number or guest name to log in at the print release kiosk.
Option 2: Email Your Print Job
Emailing your files to print may be convenient if the files are already in your email.
Please note:
- Documents submitted via email cannot be printed using a Library cardholder’s print allowance.
- Prints submitted via email will print as one copy and other parameters cannot be configured.
Emailing Tips:
- Max file size: determined by your email provider.
- For color printing, email color-jocolibrary@eprintitsaas.com with your files attached to the email.
- For black and white printing, email bw-jocolibrary@eprintitsaas.com with your files attached to the email.
- You will receive a confirmation email from the printing service.
- The confirmation email will include a Release Code needed to release your print job.
- Note: Prints submitted via email will print as one copy and other parameters cannot be configured. The text of your email and any attachments you include will appear in the print queue as separate print jobs.
- If you only need to print your attachment(s), review your print queue before releasing your prints to avoid paying for unnecessary printed material.
