We are offering a new way to print at the Library: Remote Printing. Now you can upload your files to the portal below or email them to the Library conveniently from your own device.
Note: Duplex (double-sided) printing is unavailable while we update our systems.
See below for instructions and an FAQ.
For both uploading and emailing:
- You must come into the Library to print your files by end of business on the same day.
- Supported file types for email or upload include: .pdf, .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .gif, .bmp, .tif, .tiff, .doc, .docx, .ppt, .pptx, .xls, .xlsx, .html, .htm, .txt, .rtf, .pub, .odt, .odp, .ods, .xps. See video tutorials for uploading or emailing your files to print.
Option 1: Upload Your Print Job (Recommended)
Uploading your file allows you to configure your print job settings, such as number of copies, right when you submit your file.
Uploading Tips:
- Max File Size: 100 MB
- You must enter your Library card number or a unique, memorable guest name along with an optional email and/or a phone number to receive confirmation of your upload.
- You'll use your Library card number or guest name to log in at the print release kiosk.
Option 2: Email Your Print Job
Emailing your files to print may be convenient if the files are already in your email.
Emailing Tips:
- Max file size: determined by your email provider.
- For color printing, email color-jocolibrary@eprintitsaas.com with your files attached to the email.
- For black and white printing, email bw-jocolibrary@eprintitsaas.com with your files attached to the email.
- You will receive a confirmation email from the printing service.
- The confirmation email will include a Release Code needed to release your print job.
- Note: Prints submitted via email will print as one copy and other parameters cannot be configured. The text of your email and any attachments you include will appear in the print queue as separate print jobs. If you only need to print your attachment(s), review your print queue before releasing your prints to avoid paying for unnecessary printed material.
