Featured Services

elementia Literary Magazine
elementia is Johnson County Library’s award-winning literary arts magazine, dedicated to amplifying the voices of young adults. It features original poetry, fiction, nonfiction, graphic stories, photography, and illustrations—all created by teens.

6 by 6: Ready to Read - Early Literacy
Johnson County Library has developed a framework based on six key literacy skills all children should have before they turn six. Parents, caregivers and educators can find more information on our program for ensuring that books and reading are fun.

HomeConnect
HomeConnect is a free service for Johnson County Library cardholders who live in our service area but can’t visit the Library in person.
