Shift by Peter Arnell I first saw Peter Arnell on the Martha Stewart show talking about this book and his rebranding of himself.  I was definately interested when I found out he had gone from 406 lbs. to 150.  I have enjoyed and identified a bit with this man who began a journey of change both physically and mentally.  He changed his persona from a heavy loud eccentric genious, to a slim, fit, calm genious.  Something I want to remember from this book is to "remove the word mistake from your vocabulary and un-write it as a new way to define opportunity.  This positive way of viewing  life is an excellent example for those of us who need a little push to believe we too can accomplish more whether it be in our physical appearance or our career.
