Glitch is an enemies to friends and a kind of boring historical fiction novel by Laura Martin. This book is about two enemies, Elliot and Regan. They both live at a glitching academy on a remote island in the USA. The glitch academy produces glitchers who go back into time to keep history on its right tracks. Elliot and Regan are put into a different part of the academy and are taught how to glitch in unexpected times and how to capture the butterfly or the person trying to change history.

Need an engaging, compelling novel to help pass the time on a plane trip, or to take on vacation? The Adventurers Guild is a quick and fun read for fantasy lovers, and even for those who think they may not enjoy the fantasy genre! The plot follows best friends Zed and Brock at the moment of adolescence, as they expect to do one thing and then are forced to do another, becoming members of the very dangerous Adventurers Guild.

I love love love this book. Filled with adventure, fantasy, thrill, some romance and even a few creepy/intense moments. There was always something happening that made you want to keep reading and I personally couldn’t put it down. Both main characters, Kell and Deliah (Lila) Bard, were so loveable and I absolutely love them together and apart.

Blackout has a very unique style with contributions from six different authors that each write a romantic fictional short story that all take place during a blackout in New York City. This blackout sparks romantic conflict and tension, and it changes many relationships for the better or worse.

Animal Crossing: Deserted Island Diary is a graphic novel story that follows four goofy characters, Coroyuki, Benben, Himepoyo, and Guchan, as they try to create the island of their dreams. I absolutely loved this book, and it is great for fans of the Animal Crossing game. Plus, there are bonus pages for game information and a look at the author’s island. This book truly deserves five stars.

Giving a very grumpy/sunshine type of trope, the story follows Hazel Bradford and Josh Im, who have known each other since they were in college. Hazel’s outgoing, fun, loud, and an elementary school teacher if that sums it up. Josh is a do it by the book, go through life sort of unnoticed, minding his own business type of guy. Their paths cross years after college and it simply follows their relationship/friendship. I’m a sucker for quick, romance, cute reads and this was exactly that, which I was happy with.
