Also, strange things begin to happen in her room at night. The people she works for make her job a living nightmare.
I really enjoyed reading this book! A Stranger in the House is about a woman who gets into a car accident after fleeing the scene of a murder. She loses all memory of what happened. Throughout the book, she begins to uncover small changes in her house and the people around her, making her feel as though someone has been breaking into her house. The characters were interesting to follow and you were guessing what happened throughout the entire book.

This book has a past and present timeline which creates many doubts in the reader's brain. Brooke is not supposed to share any details about her life with the inmates. Although she likes him at first she starts to become suspicious of him.
