Vanishing Girls, by Lauren Oliver, is about 2 sisters finding their ways into the world. Nic and Dara weren’t the closest of sisters but they looked out for each other. They would play games, have fun talking for hours and hours about anything and everything, doing things sisters do. But then things started to happen. Nic started to grow up trying to be more protective of Dara but that only led to Dara getting hurt. A car accident that left beautiful Dara scarred.

For her final project, a senior named Pip decides to explore a case that happened five years ago where Sal killed his girlfriend Andie. Throughout the process, Pip discovers much more to the case then how it was described and closed.

The Princess and the Fangirl was written by Ashley Poston. The genre is YA romance, set at a science fiction convention. The main characters are Jessica Stone and Imogen Lovelace, who look creepily alike. Jessica is a famous actress who started acting when she was 14, and now is working on a beloved series called Starfield as Princess Amara, but it’s well known that she hates being Princess Amara.

Along the way, he makes new friends like Greypaw and Spottedleaf.

She gets her wish when she is left the inheritance of Tobias Hawthorne, a recently deceased billionaire. However, she has never met Tobias Hawthorne and has no idea why she got his fortune.

The main characters of The Drowning Summer are Mina and Evelyn. Mina’s family can speak to spirits and they later find out that Evelyn can too. Mina wants to break her curse so that she can learn to do magic herself. She can’t do this yet, because she has to make a deal with the spirit that is cursing her. So, Mina and Evelyn banish the spirit altogether so that Mina can start practicing her magic. Then, they both go back to living their normal lives and Mina gets to do magic.
