Nick feels confused because he doesn’t understand his own sexuality though he knows that he didn’t want Charlie to feel horrible. They both deal with the aftermath of the kiss and how to proceed with their relationship.

Closer to Nowhere is a very emotional and heart-warming story that shows family dynamics and relationships. This book follows the story of 2 cousins, Hannah, and Cal, who are forced to live together due to family problems. Even though at first they do not get along they must uncover family secrets and face difficulties together. In this novel, we see how the story of Hannah and Cal plays out. I enjoyed this story a lot because I loved how heart-touching and realistic this story is.
