America’s youth is threatened by IAAN, a mysterious disease killing kids between the ages of 8 to 14. The survivors, however, are deemed a threat by the national government and are forced to work in rehabilitation camps. This is because of the color-coded powers they possess. Reds can create/manipulate fire. Oranges can alter minds and feelings. Yellows can manipulate electricity. The greens are brilliant. Lastly, blues have telekinesis. Ruby Elizabeth Daly is an orange who escapes from a rehabilitation camp.
