Do Tate and Miles have a future? Or will that complicate their lives too much? I really enjoyed this book. It was a light-hearted, easy romance read. A perfect book to take on a trip or read at the end of your day. It is very easy to connect to both Tate and Mile’s varying perspectives.
The Davenports is a historical romance novel set in 1910s Chicago, following the lives of four young Black women navigating love, ambition, and societal expectations. The story is about the wealthy Davenport family who built their wealth through a carriage business and was one of the few Black elites of the era. Olivia Davenport, the eldest daughter, is expected to marry well but finds herself in love with a civil rights activist. Helen, her younger sister, is more interested in mechanics than debutante balls.
It is a second-chance romance, where the two main characters have matured since they have last met. In If the Sun Never Sets, the story is between Blake and Farrah, and when their paths cross five years later. They are both successful businesspeople with different career paths. They reunite through Blake’s friend when he contracts Farrah to be Blake’s new interior designer. Blake gets a second chance with the woman that he has loved since he met her.
Freshly out of college, a couple who used to be engaged is forced to spend the week together with friends against their will. The catch: their friends do not know about the broken off engagement. What will happen? Is there still love there or is this friend group bound to break apart? This was the BEST book I have ever read. If you are in search of the perfect beachy romance novel, I could not recommend a book more. Emily Henry submerges you into a book, making you not want to put it down. This was the perfect romance book and I could not love it more.
In this romance novel, Lily falls in love with an abusive man. Does she break it off or continue? What from her past will resurface? It Ends With Us was a good read. If you want a fast-paced, emotional, full circle read, I would recommend this book. I would not say that this would be a novel I would want to read again, once was enough. Colleen Hoover did a good job leaving you at the edge of your seat towards the end of the book.
Lily Bloom, who is a single mother who tries to regain control of her life after she escaped an abusive relationship. Lily emphasizes her struggles and accomplishes during this time. If you have read It Ends With Usby Colleen Hoover, I would suggest you read this book. I was expecting more out of this read after reading It Ends With Us, but I was a little bit disappointed. The content in the book was not what I expected.

The story follows Quentin “Q” Jacobsen, a high school senior who has spent most of his life admiring his neighbor, Margo Roth Spiegelman. Margo is known for her rebellious and adventurous spirit, often pulling elaborate pranks and disappearing. One night Margo climbs through Q’s bedroom window and convinces him to come on a wild night of adventures.
