There are lots of wildfires & hurricanes causing life for people a bit hard. Rose finds a job in this world to be what they call a “Bloom”. A bloom is there to serve men & entertain them. She becomes a bloom in a place called Camp Zero which is where an architect is trying to build something that would create a new life for others in their messed-up world.
