We Regret To Inform You by Ariel Kaplin is about a girl named Mischa Abramavicius who goes to a private school called Blanchard. She has outstanding grades as well as a 3.98 GPA and a 1580 SAT score. She works very hard in school and has a best friend named Nate. Despite all of her hard work she gets rejected by every college she applies to including her safety school that she hated. When she learns that somebody sabotaged her college transcript, she, her best friend, and a group of high school female hackers known as "The Ophelia Syndicate” go on a mission to find out who did it. This book is full of funny chapters but some are also sad and infuriating. I like the author's writing style as she makes the book funny. She also made the characters very relatable when she was writing about them. I especially related to Mischa when she got very stressed about finding a college. This book was an amazing find and I definitely recommend that you read it.
