One of Us is Lying is one of best books I’ve ever read. 4 teens are being targeted as suspects of a murder of one of their classmates. They witness the death of this classmate, Simon, while serving detention due to an allergic reaction. Since they were the only ones to witness this, Addy, Cooper, Brownyn, and Nate, they are all targeted as suspects of the murder of Simon. Simon was a loner that created many enemies by revealing secrets about classmates in an app called About That. Investigators found out the murder was a planned one and Simon was planning on revealing the suspects’ secrets as well. They all have something to hide, including the murder of Simon.  All 4 are in a game that they didn’t choose to be in, and a killer might be among them. Was Simon’s death an attempt to hide their secret?

This book was amazing, it kept me guessing until the very end! I loved how it was told by the perspective of all of suspects. The end was such a plot twist and I would totally recommend for anyone who like a good murder mystery. I would recommend for teens.
