La La Land, starring Ryan Gosling and Emma Stone, pulls on heartstrings in a unique way. In this fun and exciting musical the main characters Sebastian and Mia meet while both in a rough patch. They realize soon that them being together might be the best thing that could happen to them. Trouble begins to hit their relationship when Sebastian's career takes off, and Mia is left behind.
This enthralling musical is one for the ages, a must watch. The way this musical was told was quite clever. It went through different possibilities and outcomes, which was very interesting to watch. The actors were very expressive, making for a captivating 2 hours. I would highly recommend this movie to anyone who enjoys a good romance, musical, or anyone else leftover. I am personally not a musical fan, but I really enjoyed La La Land and would definitely watch it again.
