It’s Not Summer Without You by Jenny Han is realistic fiction and the second book in the series. Summer at Cousins Beach isn’t the same anymore. With Susannah’s sickness and Conrad’s care gone, nothing is the same. Belly gets a call from Jeremiah saying Conrad was gone. Belly knows exactly what everyone needs: a summer in Cousins like how it used to be, the three of them ending the summers with the way it started.
This book was great, it was sad and funny and dramatic all at the same time. I liked the drama that came with the change of characters. It was overall good except it did get a little annoying at times. I would definitely read again and give it a 4/5.
