Jason wakes up remembering nothing, he does not know who he is and where he is, the only thing he knows is that something is wrong. Jason and two other demigods must find their way to Camp Half-blood and go on a quest to save the world from destruction and if they fail, there will be bloodshed like they have never seen…

This book uses the world setup by the Percy Jackson series but this time with new characters, they are pretty good and likable, but Piper had a weaker backstory of the three, which made her the least likable for me. I love the use of multiple perspectives in the book; it really gives us a look into the characters mind and shows us the other characters in third person. It is a good blend of the things we already know from the Percy Jackson series and new things, we see many familiar characters and places being mentioned. The story is also good and full of action, it is a standard Percy Jackson styled quest-based story. This book really expands on the Percy Jackson universe and adds more depth to the characters we love. I would definitely recommend reading this series if you love the Percy Jackson books. I give this book a 4.4 out of five.
