Here’s to Us, a novel by Adam Silvera and Becky Albertalli, shows the reunion of Ben and Arthur. They cross paths once more as Arthur arrives on Broadway for a dream internship. Even as the boys try to focus on their futures, they can't seem to help running into each other in the present. I loved this sequel to What if It's Us.
The characters are humorous and easy to love. Arthur is probably my favorite character because of how much he still cares for Ben, even though they are no longer together. Ben also has a big heart for Arthur even though he’s with Mario. I rate this book a 4 out of 5 stars because the setting of the story is a little clique. The setting takes place in New York, which most stories take place there. I wish the author was a little bit more original to the setting and theme.
