The Great Gatsby, by F. Scott Fitzgerald, is romantic fiction.  Nick Carraway, who narrates the book, is Daisy Buchanan’s cousin. Daisy, who is married to Tom Buchanan, lives in the East Egg. Nick’s neighbor, Jay Gatsby, was once closely acquainted with Daisy many years ago. Whether or not he will win Daisy’s love back is what Jay is thoroughly worried about. Can he succeed, or will Daisy leave him for Tom?

*Spoiler alert* Firstly, I loved reading The Great Gatsby because the whole book revolved around Gatsby and Daisy. Gatsby, who is really desperate to win his love back, is a very mysterious man. Some believe that he killed men. Others believed he owned drugstores. Secondly, I really despise Daisy. Even through all the love, all she saw was money and wealth. I doubt she ever wanted to be with Gatsby. There are many different covers. Personally, I do not like the cover. They do not give people an idea about what the book represents. I would rate this book 5/5.
