The adventurous story of Devon and Chiamaka is a mysterious one that tells the story of how they are being targeted. Even though they want different things such as being a head girl and going to an ivy league school. As well as just trying to stay out of everyone's way just enough to graduate. However, both of their plans are ruined when a bully online threatens to expose all of their secrets. To try and find out who this bully is they both go through traumatic events that lead them to the truth about their “prestigious” and its history. In the end, they do get the justice of exposing their school and everything that is wrong about it to the world. The characters at the end have a weight lifted off their shoulders and now can choose to do whatever they want to without anyone threatening to expose them. If I would have to recommend this book to anyone it would definitely be anyone who is African American or a part of the LGBTQ+ community because it definitely highlights what they struggle with. I would give this book 5/5 stars because it is one book that still leaves you wondering about the characters even months after reading it.
