Nobody's Princess is a great historical fiction story about Helen of Troy. It does not support history but tells a mythological fiction story about her based on what we know. This was such a great girls disguised as boys themed book. I am looking forward to reading the sequel about our main woman of steel Helen. It is a very good book but it drops off at the end so you need the sequel about Helen's adventures in the Mediterranean Region.

The Tower of Nero is the fifth and final book in the Trials of Apollo and is written by Rick Riordan. In this final chapter of the Trials of Apollo series, he tries to finish of his quest to restore the power of the prophecy, take down the trio of evil Roman emperors, and become a god once again. This has been what he’s been trying to accomplish this entire series, and now, he is within striking distance of going back to Mount Olympus.

The Tyrant’s Tomb is the fourth book in the Trials of Apollo series and is written by Rick Riordan. In this book, Apollo travels to Camp Jupiter to continue his mission to stop the three emperors and learn to be a hero. I say that he has to learn to be a hero because this book challenges Apollo the most. In the previous books, Apollo has been tested before, but it’s this book where he finally realizes the corruption and ignorance of the gods, and it’s also the book where Rick Riordan depicts heroism the best.

The Burning Maze is the third book in the Trials of Apollo series and is written by Rick Riordan. In this book, Apollo must continue his quest to free five oracles from a trio of evil Roman Emperors who’ve created a group called Triumvirate Holdings in order to become a god once again. The first two books in this series, while solid and good, haven’t been that great.

The Dark Prophecy is the second book in the Trials of Apollo series and is written by Rick Riordan. In this book, Apollo continues his mission to redeem himself to his father and finally become a god again, so he decides to go on a quest and restore several Oracles that have gone dark. The first book in this series was pretty mediocre so I was looking forward to this book to see if this one would be any better. And honestly, it is, but not by much.

The Mark of Athena is the third book in the Heroes of Olympus series and is written by Rick Riordan. In this installment of the franchise, The Prophecy of Seven begins as the seven demigods come together on their expedition to the birthplace of the gods. First, they go to Rome to resolve a mysterious quest regarding the Mark of Athena. The first two books in this series established and advanced the plot in these books, but readers could tell that they were mainly trying to develop their respective characters.
