Antony and Cleopatra is a play written by William Shakespeare, and is a continuation
of Mark Antony’s story from Julius Caesar, though it isn’t necessary to read the former.
However, a theme of continuation from the first play into the second play is that there is no
good or bad in the world, or rather, there is no certainly that good will always remain good. This

Julius Caesar is a tragedy by William Shakespeare and is personally one of my favorite
works from him. It’s about Roman general Julius Caesar, a very strong and brilliant, if not
arrogant, man who is ultimately assassinated by a couple Romans after they learn that he
would become the emperor of Rome. This launches Rome into an all-out Civil War. I love this
book because it shows that there is no clear right or wrong in this world. Shakespeare is careful

I never expected to read Gone With the Wind. It was a classic and extremely long– but
that was about all I knew. My grandmother one day recommended that I read it, and so I
impulsively decided to. This book is extremely detailed, but not too much so. It treads the line
very close, but I feel the detail is what makes the book good.
