Johnson County Library approved the Comprehensive Library Master Plan in 2015

Plan for Growth: County population will increase by 250,000 by 2035
Embrace Change: Be prepared for the Evolution of Patron needs

This new Comprehensive Library Master Plan updates previous Library plans.

CLMP was collaboratively crafted with Library experts Group4 who helped us:

Understand how patrons actually use our Libraries
Think in holistic ways about Library services, staff and buildings all across Johnson County
