Johnson County AIMS (Automated Information Mapping System) Online Mapping is an interactive map tool that integrates Johnson County data into online maps powered by geographic information systems (GIS) such as Google, Garmin, OpenStreetMaps, Esri and USGS. This GIS website compiles data from recorded deeds, plats, tax records and other public records and supplies information on municipal districts, school boundaries, tax rates, traffic, utilities, zoning and more. Making of Modern Law: Foreign Primary Sources provides historical legal codes, statutes, regulations and commentaries on codes from various European countries with interpretive analysis from books on codes, the "primary sources" of law. The collection covers a variety of topics such as administration of justice, civil law, commercial law, military law, U.S. state and territorial codes, municipal codes, commentaries on codes of countries around the world, constitutional conventions and compilations.
