This book kept me on my toes till the very end. I wouldn’t say it was predictable at all, and was overall very creative and interesting to keep up with Pip as she uncovers the truth of a murder accusation case. It was intriguing to see the way she worked through the case, with limited resources and being a teenager investigating such a taboo topic in her town, along with the mental toll it took on her. This is overall fast paced and also has a slight romance. I feel like the book could have been a little shorter, however, the writing is still very interesting.

One of Us is Lying is one of best books I’ve ever read. 4 teens are being targeted as suspects of a murder of one of their classmates. They witness the death of this classmate, Simon, while serving detention due to an allergic reaction. Since they were the only ones to witness this, Addy, Cooper, Brownyn, and Nate, they are all targeted as suspects of the murder of Simon. Simon was a loner that created many enemies by revealing secrets about classmates in an app called About That.

Five Little Pigs is a mystery novel written by Agatha Christie. It is the 25th novel in the Hercule Poirot mystery series, but the novels do not need to be read in order. It follows Poirot as he investigates murder of a famous painter, Amyas Crale. The painter’s wife, Caroline Crale, was convicted, but 16 years later, her daughter receives a posthumous letter from Caroline proclaiming her innocence. This book is another classic from Christie. As usual, it’s well-written.

And Then There Were None by Agatha Christie, is a mystery novel about eight strangers who are summoned to an island by a mysterious host, U.N. Owen. These eight, along with two housekeepers, find out that they are trapped alone on the island and cannot find their host. Each of these strangers have a dark secret, which has marked them for murder. Their deaths will mirror a nursery rhyme they find in their rooms. One by one, each is picked off, and there will be none left by the weekend, according to the plan.

Rating: 4

My rating for this book is a 4 because the book is pretty good but I don't really like the "horror" part of it.

Summary:

This is about a girl named Barbra Gordan. She was shot and is paralyzed from her hips down. She is admitted into a rehab facility which is pretty suspicious. She can hear voices in the walls and once patients start going missing she starts investigating.
