Meet the Author Barbara Stuber
Join us at the Blue Valley Library on Saturday, October 4th from noon to 1:00 p.m. as we visit with award-winning local author Barbara Stuber. She will be talking about her latest book, Girl in Reverse and fielding questions from the group on her books, her authoring and publishing experiences, and diversity in books for young adults. This event is being hosted by the Blue Valley YAAC (Young Adult Advisory Council) which is open to teens between the ages of 12 and 18.

The National Book Award is given each year to the best books for adults and young people. While the committee of judges hasn't quite narrowed it down to the final selection yet, they have announced their top ten. What do you think? Are these your top ten books of the year?
Sophie awakes in utter fear. She is in the woods & blood is everywhere. Her best friend Mina is beside her -- bleeding, choking, gasping, dying.
