Being the first book in the Harry Potter Franchise, Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone is a fantastic start- giving readers a great understanding of the magical world before them. J.K Rowling’s introduction of characters and their personalities being fabulous all the more. I find this book very enjoyable to read as you learn so much about Harry and his friends throughout the book.

In this entry, Harry and his friends look forward to spending their summer by watching the Quidditch World Cup live and experience the skills of quidditch phenoms such as Victor Krum. However, mysterious things occur at the Cup and the threat of Voldemort, and his followers grow stronger.
Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban is the third entry in the Harry Potter series and is written by J.K. Rowling. In this book, Harry Potter once again experiences an unusual summer when things go wrong with his Aunt Marge and Potter finds himself running away from the Dursleys. While doing so, Harry sees a mysterious figure that he later finds out might be the Grim, a bad omen that appears in front of the unlucky before disaster strikes.
Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets is the second book in the Harry Potter series and is written by J.K. Rowling. In this sequel, Harry Potter is excited to go to Hogwarts (but still must deal with his miserable guardians) when a mysterious creature breaks into their house and sends a concerning message to Harry. Harry doesn’t take the message seriously has he reunites with Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger.

He also dreams about his crush Cho Chang, but does not get a chance, as Edward Cullen takes his spot. A new event during school started and Harry was chosen as a competitor. Something mysterious happens as he did not put his name in. He just wants to be a normal wizard. But, because he is not a normal wizard, he goes through a different route through his fourth year of Hogwarts.
Fantastic Beasts & Where to Find Them by Newt Scamander is an example of a textbook someone would find at Hogwarts. It gives a history of magical creatures in the Harry Potter universe, as well as notes from Harry and his friends. Along with the history, it also gives specific information about the creatures within the magical world. Along with the information, it tells the reader how dangerous the creature is. Not to mention, information about Newt Scamander himself.
Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban is an exotic and lovable fantasy novel by J.K. Rowling. This book is about a prisoner named Sirius Black who escaped Azkaban (wizarding prison). Everyone believes that Sirius is after Harry because they think Sirius was under Voldemort. Harry, Ron, and Hermione find out what Sirius black was after. I love the way Sirius and Harry get along after they find out the truth after Harry’s parents’ deaths.

Harry and his friends try to figure out who is trying to killing the kids at Hogwarts. When word gets out that Harry is Slytherin's heir, everything gets more complicated for him.
This fantasy book by J.K Rowling is one of my favorites. Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone is about an 11-year-old boy named Harry, who is taken in by his cruel aunt and uncle. One day he gets a letter that changes his life forever. He meets new friends and enemies, and adventures towards his old enemy. I think the most compelling aspect of this book is when Harry learns about the wizarding world from a big man named Hagrid. I recommend this book to anyone who is willing to explore the land of fantasy.
