The Elite by Kiera Cass is dystopian fiction and the second book in the series. America Singer has made it this far into the Selection, now there are six others left. The fight for Prince Maxon’s love is intense as can be but America is still confused as to what her heart wants; to live the life she could have never imagined with Maxon or live her life the way she always thought she would with Aspen.

Klara and the Sun by Kazuo Ishiguro takes place in a hypothetical, dystopian future where the world has less socially and culturally developed children. This technologically advanced society crafts emotionally intelligent robots who are geared to become friends with their patron. Ishiguro’s novel follows the robot AF (artificial friend), Klara, and her journey.

Imagine Me by Tahereh Mafi is dystopian fiction and the last book in the series. Ella Sommers and Juliette Ferras, who will she decide to be? The line between good and bad is fine, and she must decide what to do when past enemies show. It’s time to end the fight; there are tough choices to be made. But which side will Juliette fight on? This book was a great way to finish the series. It was so satisfying. I loved the bond between the characters after everything they have been through.

Ignite Me by Tahereh Mafi is a dystopian fiction novel and the third book in the series. Juliette wakes up with the news that Omega Point is destroyed. She doesn’t know if Kenji, Adam, and the others are alive. Now, she must trust the last person she should, Warner, in hopes to takedown the Reestablishment. Juliette and Warner work together to save their dying world and friends. And perhaps Warner isn’t the villain everyone made him out to be. In my opinion, this book is the best in the series.
