We are living in stressful times. It is just as important that you take care of your emotional well-being as your physical well-being. Here are some helpful mindfulness and de-stressing resources:

Practice yoga: Gentle stretches and bringing attention to your breath can help a lot. 

Follow a guided meditation: Not sure where to start with mindfulness, these guided meditations make it easy to jump in.

Find a moment of calm: App like Calm or Stop, Breathe, & Think can help.
