Other services that will resume May 3 are:

  • Newspapers and magazines

  • Laptop lending at Lenexa City Center Library

  • Soft seating, chairs and tables

We continue to follow all local health and safety guidelines and take the following precautions in all of our buildings:

  • Wipes and hand sanitizer available for patron and staff use

  • Signage posted to encourage proper physical distancing and hygiene practices

  • Plexiglass shields between staff and patrons at service points

  • Spacing increased at computers to allow for physical distancing

  • Hand dryers in restrooms have been replaced with paper towel dispensers

  • Buildings are thoroughly sanitized daily, and high-touch areas disinfected regularly throughout the day

If you prefer contactless holds pickup options, we now offer Curbside Holds Pickup at five of our libraries – Cedar Roe, Leawood Pioneer, Gardner, Oak Park and Spring Hill. We also offer drive-thru holds pickup at the Blue Valley, Lenexa City Center and Monticello branches.
