Scott Novosel started for the Kansas Jayhawks in the Big 8 Championship game in March 1995 after overcoming injury and discouragement to become the first walk-on to make the team in years. He crafted the book Fieldhouse, based on his true story, to inspire not only KU basketball fans but everyone with a dream.
