Music with Mar is a music and movement program using brain-based music. Get ready to pinch bubbles, sing and move to catchy songs, use rhythm sticks, parade with instruments and have fun with puppets and Miss Stephanie. A focus on rhythm and movement reinforces early literacy concepts. All of these activities help develop the whole child through cognitive, social, motor and language skills. Space is limited. Catholic Charities operates the Kids Summer Food Program in partnership with the USDA and the Kansas Department of Education. Children up to 18 years of age receive a free nutritious sack breakfast at the Antioch Library on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays or a free nutritious sack lunch at the Central Resource Library M-F. Have you ever wanted to try acting, but aren't sure what it would be like? Does memorizing a script seem like a lot of work? Come try improv! Improvisation is defined as acting without a script, but it's so much more. We play games, we make jokes, and we share our own stories and ideas, all in a fast and low-pressure environment. Bring your friends or come alone and make some new ones at this fun and stress-free improv workshop. Teens 12-19.

Registration is preferred but not required.
