We’ll read Bob Kolar’s new book, Hey Ho to Mars We’ll Go. It’s based on a simple little rhyme that is about a big, complicated idea. We’ll talk about Mars and how humans might get there one day. Then we can each draw our own spaceships. Best for ages 6 and up.

Adults interested in practicing English to improve their level, can attend free classes at Oak Park Library every Saturday morning. The levels are basic, intermediate and advanced. There is no registration or exams.

Catholic Charities operates the Kids Summer Food Program in partnership with the USDA and Kansas Department of Education. Children up to age 18 can receive a free nutritious sack breakfast at Antioch Library or a free nutritious sack lunch at Central Resource Library.
