Join a fun-filled evening with new friends and adventures and play one of our many games such as Settlers of Catan, Ticket to Ride and Apples to Apples. Homeschool families will love this educational session that features a different theme each month. You'll hear expert presentations and demonstrations and learn about related activities. Librarians will provide subject resources for you to further explore each topic. Ages 8-14 only please. Every family has a story. Yours might be about an ancient ancestor, your 200 member extended clan or the new family you recently embraced. "Family" is what we'll explore and document in this program for Girl Scout Brownies working on their My Family Story badge. Each participant will create a scrapbook that is a place to record facts about family, create a family tree and encourage conversations with family members.
