Here’s your chance to Fringe in Johnson County! Back by popular demand, the Library is bringing a Fringe production to your neighborhood. The 15th annual KC Fringe Festival is a 14-day explosion of local, national and international unjuried, uncensored performing and visual arts. KC Fringe Festival is the biggest celebration of arts and culture in the Kansas City metropolitan region. Light refreshments will be served. Fun for the whole family.
