The Black & Veatch MakerSpace at Johnson County Library is your exploratorium of technologic contraptions. There’s a lot to learn, so get started at MakerSpace Beginners Night - on Facebook Live! We’ll introduce 3D printing, laser cutting, CNC machining, design software and electronics. Once you are introduced, you can come back and get to know MakerSpace better!

The whole family will enjoy our Folklore Storytime, designed to inspire audience participation.  Each week in June and July we will focus on folklore, which encompasses both folktales and fairy tales.  Stories, songs, fingerplays and movement activities foster early literacy skills in young children.
