Let’s read for fun! Club kids get together to talk about a new book, make new friends, enjoy snacks and explore fresh ideas. Bonus fun: build your own home library. Participants will get a free book while supplies last. Keep it if you like, give it to a friend and invite them to our Club, or return it for other Club kids to enjoy. Students can bring specific homework assignments to work on, such as book reports or science projects; vocabulary, spelling, reading and writing skills; math; and social studies. When a progressive disease like Alzheimer’s is detected in its early stages, preventative measures and treatments as well as lifestyle changes can be applied to effectively slow disease progress. A cure for Alzheimer’s is not currently known yet doctors and scientists have made great strides in treatment. Early detection allows for more effective treatment options. Sandwiches and sides will be served.
