Sustainable diets meet present needs without compromising the ability of future generations to meet theirs. This program discusses healthy, nutritious and affordable options for better health. You'll see examples of ways to buy local/regional foods and get tips on stretching food dollars. You'll also learn some strategies to help reduce food waste.
