Second Saturdays is an ongoing collection of “edutainment” events for all ages. When is it? The second Saturday of every month (that’s kinda why we call it Second Saturdays.) Where? You will find fun and activities at several library locations!

This session is all about Beauty and the Beast, an ancient fairy tale-turned-modern popular entertainment. We’re celebrating the release of a new live-action Beauty and the Beast film! There will be dancing, sipping tea, making crafts, listening to stories and a special guest appearance by Belle herself. Children 7 and under accompanied by an adult.

Creation Exploration has a Maker spirit in a Book Club body. You can get a taste of something new to do and collaborate with others to better understand art and design topics. Bring the whole family to explore a different form of creative expression each month. Warm up your artist muscles with some nuts-and-bolts knowledge, then use what you learn to create something you can share at home or the office. We’ll supply the tools; you bring the creativity!
