Bryan Thomas Schmidt is a Hugo-nominated editor and author of science fiction, fantasy, horror, and mystery for children and adult's including entries in The X-Files, Predator, Decipher's Wars, Monster Hunter International, and Joe Ledger. His debut novel, The Worker Prince, received Honorable Mention from Paul Goat Allen on Barnes and Noble's Year's Best Science Fiction Releases of 2011, and was followed by two sequels. His short fiction has appeared in anthologies from Baen, Titan, and IDW amongst others, and he had edited 12 anthologies for publishers like St. Martin's Griffin, Baen, Titan, Fairwood Press, and WordFire.
