Massage and yoga are practical ways of communicating love and affection to babies, and fostering healthy development in their brains and bodies. In this program a certified yoga instructor from Home Family Holistic Center will lead you through a series of interactive gentle poses, stretches, controlled breathing exercises and baby massage. Dress yourself and your baby in comfortable clothing and bring a receiving blanket. Best for ages birth to 24 months.
