The Silent Book Group meets at the Lenexa Public Market, 8750 Penrose Ln., Lenexa, KS 66219.

In a Silent Book Group, bring your own book and spend time reading together. No book assignment or discussions. It's book group fun, minus the pressure. A librarian will be present to recommend a few new titles.

American kids love to read, and this Book Club helps American kids read more. American Girl offers many character stories exploring historical perspectives from a girl’s point of view. Join this group to read and craft with your American Girl and some new friends. Borrow a special copy of the book from the Youth Services desk. Best for ages 8-12; all kids are welcome.
