The Black & Veatch MakerSpace is your exploratorium of technologic contraptions! There's a lot to learn, so get started at MakerSpace Beginners Night. Kansas City StorySlam is an event that welcomes anyone to tell a short personal story to a group of friendly listeners. Kansas City StorySlam is bringing some of KC's best storytellers to the library. The event will schedule time at the end for a few walk-ins to share their stories. KC StorySlam follows these rules: stories should be true, engaging, prepared in advance and told without reading from notes.
