Shawnee Library Meeting Room Reservation Request

The Shawnee Library Meeting Room accomodates up to 40 people and is free and available for use by government agencies and nonprofit groups engaged in educational, cultural, intellectual, recreational or charitable activities. All meetings must be free of charge and open to the public. Rooms may be reserved for the current month and through the next two months in advance, on a first-come, first-served basis.

Before making your reservation, please review the terms and meeting room guidelines. Your reservation is not considered confirmed until you have been contacted by Library staff.

 The meeting room also has available a whiteboard with dry erase markers, a projection screen and podium.
 All Library locations provide wireless Internet access free of charge. Please bring your own laptop to access the wireless service.
