Central Resource Library Meeting Room Reservation Request

At the Central Resource Library, the Carmack Community Room is free and available for use by government agencies and nonprofit groups engaged in educational, cultural, intellectual, recreational or charitable activities. All meetings must be free of charge and open to the public. Rooms may be reserved for the current month and through the next two months in advance, on a first-come, first-served basis.

Before making your reservation, please review the terms and meeting room guidelines. Your reservation is not considered confirmed until you have been contacted by Library staff.

The Central Resource Library also offers;

  • six study rooms that accommodate up to six persons each;
  • one study room that accommodates up to 12 persons;
  • one study room that accomodates up to 18 persons; and
  • four quiet study rooms (three with typewriters) for individuals.
