Kansas City will host the 2008 National Genealogical Society Conference from May 14-17 at the Hyatt Regency Hotel. Over 1000 participants and 200 vendors, plus some of the top genealogy speakers from around the country, will explore the theme "Show Me the Nations Records."
Who should attend? The NGS Conference in the States and Family History Fair 2008 brings together genealogists and family historians - people who have done research all of their lives and those who have only recently become interested, professionals and non-professionals. Anyone is welcome who has a desire to learn more about finding those tidbits of history refering to their ancestors. Lectures, meal events and workshops will provide networking opportunities with other genealogists.
