The library is pleased to accept donations of used books, CDs and other materials. These items may be sold at our used book sales and bookstores. These sales continue to be a great source of support and revenue for the Library.
Bring your unwanted books and materials to the following libraries:
For larger donations (more than one box) please call the Friends donation line at (913) 492-4791 to schedule a time to drop it off at the book sorting center.
The Friends of the Library accepts the following donated items in good condition:
We cannot accept magazines, newspapers, home-recorded audiovisual items, encyclopedias over 10 years old or items that are defaced, damaged, deteriorating or have missing pages For more information call (913) 826-4322.
