Public Meeting Rooms
Larger public meeting rooms are free and available for use by government agencies and nonprofit groups engaged in educational, cultural, intellectual, recreational, or charitable activities.
Small Study Rooms
Students and small groups can reserve small study rooms up to two months in advance. A current, verified Library account with fines under $25 is required to create the reservation.

Microfiche & Microfilm
Microfiche and microfilm machines are located at the Central Resource Library. These machines include several digital readers that can save scans to a flash drive at no charge. Printing is available at a cost of 15 cents per page.
Photocopiers
All Library locations have self-service photocopiers. Copies cost 15 cents per page. Central Resource Library also has a color photocopier. The charge for color copies is 50 cents per page.
Typewriters
We also provide typewriters at a number of locations.

Fax Machines & Scanners
A pay-fax machine is currently available at Antioch, Blue Valley and Central Resource Libraries. To send a fax, the cost is $1.50 for the first page and $1 for each subsequent page. Patrons can receive faxes at no charge.
A scanner is available free of charge on the color photocopier at Central Resource Library. It can save PDF and JPG files to a flash drive only.
Assistive Technology
The Central Resource Library has an assistive technology adaptive workstation with software and equipment to assist patrons with limited vision, limited mobility, or learning disabilities.
