PINs (Personal Identification Numbers)

Your library card comes with a PIN (Personal Identification Number) which you will need to access many of our services. If you forget your PIN you can:

  • Call us, tell us your library card number, and we’ll tell you your PIN.
  • Go to My Account and ask for your PIN to be e-mailed to you.

Keep Your Account Updated

If your contact information changes, it is your responsibility to keep the Library informed so we can continue to deliver notices in a timely fashion. Once each year we will ask you to verify your contact information in order to renew your library card.
